Returns and Exchanges
While we wish we could hand-deliver each and every order to you, we trust that your package arrives safely in the hands of others. If, for some reason, your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com and we will help resolve your issue quickly.
If you would like to exchange your unused candle, you may do so by sending the candle you don't want back to us and contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Exchanges are limited to 14 days after delivery.
